In GCSE graphics, I am making a point of sale for Adobe Photoshop CS3 - the school has finally got around to installing the Adobe Master Suit - it’s currently work in progress but just wanted to post it.

Year 11 Is great. The start of Year 10 was tricky because the years were messed around so about half the year was new to each other, so getting in the right “place” was hard.
Year 11 just seemed to start like we were only away for a weekend. Some of the rooms were pointlessly updated with new tables and chairs, but they look a little cleaner.
New software like Adobe Master Collection and Office 2007 installed, glad they finally updated.
This Year is going to be a good one.

I love my work experience. I’m working at Dorman Long Technology, (Wikipedia it if you don’t know what it is). Basically, all I do is keep revisions of planning’s for parts of bridges, buildings etc, and general office assistance duties. I also watch Scrubs and Doctor Who thereabout the day on the awesome computer I work on, my own desk as well. So yeah, it’s pretty good. Saw Chloe in the Co-Op today, now we’re work experience buddies. That’s pretty good, I didn’t know who else was working in Highum, it is pretty empty. Anyway, exams next Monday, seeing Michael when he has to work Saturdays, unfair eh? So will keep him company, hopefully Ashley and Liam will be coming also, anyway, bye!

I got A’s on my Media Coursework in English, that was to create newspaper front cover, type up a leading article and evaluate it. I also got an A on my English Literature reviewing a poem.
We’re moving onto Sitcoms now, I’m choosing Scrubs to do my coursework on.

Actually, tomorrow, infact the whole week should be okay. I get my English GCSE results back for two pieces of coursework, movies and newspaper, please let me get an A on that, I tried really hard. Seeing as almost everyone else has got one, maybe in the assembly on Wednesday and/or Thursday, maybe a special silver tie? Maybe. IT will be a lot better, don’t have to listen to someone’s pathetic sob story and how bad their life is. None of that, I can just do work and talk to Ashley and Perry now, super!

One of my two real best buddies, Ashley, isn’t here until Tuesday he’s gone on his karting competition. So in the best (By that I mean the lesson we mess around in most) lesson that is E&P, we made a Ashley model out of a compass and some paper. He wants to give you a hug.

They went really well, we had two tests, one about chemistry and one about physics. The chemistry one was harder because of all the formulas I had to remember, but yeah the second test was easy afterwards. Should get the results back in a couple of months, hoping for two A’s. Regarding getting results back, I should get my English coursework levels back soon and I want a overall A in that, we did films, I think I did well in that.

It was easy. I did the higher tier and I knew how to do every question somehow. I’ll get the results and post them when I do, I’m hoping for at least a B. Science exam on Wednesday, it’s multi choice so it’s an easy one, hoping to get an A. Going to revise tomorrow. Bye!

I found out on Tuesday, but forgot to post, how well I did on my first IT course which has lasted for about 4 months and resulted in 100s of pages of paper with countless screenshots of all my work, including word processing, spreadsheets, powerpoints, graphic design, publishing, emails, search engines, boolean operators and probably some more stuff I forgot I have done. I managed to get the highest grade resulting in two A’s and two A*’s. Well done to me!
